support: Neven Kiderov, Morebasser & E.U.E.R.P.I.

April 5th 2013
Ruse, Canetti House (Slavyanska Str.12)
8 p.m.

Franz Nikolay is a key figure on the New York underground scene – musician, poet (with guitar, banjo, accordion, or whatever you want), DIY-traveler. In the last 15 years he was associated with groups such as The World Inferno Friendship Society, Anti-Social Music, and The Hold Steady, and since 2007 he has been traveling around the world as a one man show, which is not less exciting as a performance. His music can be described as a singer songwriter punk with a hint of Elton John, Peter Hamill, dark cabaret and contemporary classic. His travels include 40-50 shows leading him all the way to Mongolia. Currently he is on tour (with three dates in Bulgaria) presenting his new album Do The Struggle.

Before Franz on the stage will play Neven Kiderov from Russo Castro (well known with his own songs, as well as as a percussionist in the Taralezhkov trio) and MOREBASSER (Svilen Ivanov) & E.U.E.R.P.I. (Miryan Kolev) in a special collaboration set up for the event.
