On April 12th and 13th Prof. Dr. Penka Angelova, chairperson of the International Elias Canetti Society, and Elisa Calosi, Cultural Manager, participated in a working meeting of the Robert Bosch Foundation on topic Crossing Schengen which took place in the European capital of culture Kosice in Slovakia. There was also a discussion about the preparation for and the organization of European capital of culture. On April, 15th and 16th Penka Angelova and Elisa Calosi took part in the Danube Conference on Culture in Ulm, Germany, which was organized by the Baden-Württemberg state in collaboration with the European Danube Academy in Ulm. The main aim of this conference is the creation of a network for art, culture and politics in South-Eastern Europe as well as exchange of experience in the sphere of cultural politics in the Danube cultural region.
