On the 25th and 26th of November a methodology workshop was organized for the lecturers from the partner universities in the project Cross-Border University Network for Intercultural Communication of the Romania-Bulgaria Cross-Border Cooperation Program 2007-2013.

Parallel to the workshop the International Elias Canetti Society organized in Ruse cultural events with the participation of artists from Romania and Bulgaria. On the 25th of November from 6:00 pm there was a chamber concert Love is… of Plamen Beikov (bass) and Bozhena Petrova (piano) in Zala Kultura where our guest could listen to works by Bach, Haydn, Mozart, Beethoven, Schubert, Schumann and Brahms. From 7:00 pm Dr. Mimi Kornazheva read a report on topic Language Policy – A Security Policy in the Austrian library in Ruse.

On the 26th of November from 5:00 pm started the performance Ways Of Communication in the City Art Gallery – music: Nikolai Ivanov-ОМ, A. Weinberger, artists: Cristian Topan, Miruna Budesteanu, Silvio Turkulet, Valentin Georgiev, Vjara Guneva, Georgi Pasev, Zlatka Stoikova, Krasimira Kirilova, Nikolai Buzov and Tanya Paseva. After the performance from 6:30 pm in the Austrian library there was a literary reading of excerpts from the works of the Romanian writer Angelo Mitchievici with the translator from Romanian Vanina Bozhikova.
