A two-day seminar on topic “Objectives and planning in the education process” took place in Ruse. The main goal of the training was to systematize the teaching methodology in non-formal environmental education. The team of the “Man, Technology, Environment” project and volunteers from the Elias Canetti Society took part in the training. As a result the participants improved their knowledge and skills in the areas of project methodology in education and interactive teaching. There was also a change in their attitudes to the process of education as a whole. The conclusion was that good results depend on the cohesion in the group. The group enthusiasm, the positive emotions the participants had on the Danube banks and the mutual trust contributed to the cohesion in the trainees’ group. Main lecturer in the seminar was the educational expert from Sofia University M. Phil. Evelina Vardzhijska. The participation in the opening ceremony of the project “Literature in Flux” (realized in partnership with the literature network HALMA) on the board of “Rozhen” also contributed to the positive emotions of the team.
