With „Reclaim Slanyanska!“ we would like to re-activate a part of the city which used to be a central and important connection between the Danube and the city center. Before the start of the Literature Festival Ruse 2012 we invite you to participate in 3 days of special actions.

Saturday – Sept 15th 10:00
Join us at Retchna Gara!
Bring good mood and energy – let’s collect trash and do some cleaning in order to bring back the station to its previous shine!

Sunday – Sept. 16th 10:00
Flea Market in Dom Canetti
Old clothes, furniture and posters from the past…. let’s give them a second chance! We can also improvise a barbeque in our garden, if the weather forecast allows it!

Monday – Sept. 17th 9:00
Good bye to the past!
It is time for fresh air and it is time to give Dom Canetti a new face! We will remove everything we do not need and we will clean up the garden!

„Reclaim Slavyanska!“ is just the beginning of a bigger work in progress. Under this motto we hope to draw the attention of the citizens and initiate more events and new ideas. The Literature Festival will be the first occasion to experience these places in a new shape.
