Against the backdrop of current developments such as the Brexit vote or the migration of numerous people to Europe, it is becoming more and more apparent, that we are experiencing a societal transition. Which are the challenges that Europe’s societies currently face and how do we want to live together in Europe today?
Under the direction of Zandile Darko (theatre creator) and Eslitza Popova (visual artist and film-maker of animation films) fourteen young adults from Germany, France and Bulgaria will address these questions by developing the performance FLUX.
The performance is part of the Nomad’s Lab, a trilateral artistic youth project, which takes places in the framework of the European series of seminars “On the Threshold of the Future”. The performance contains theatre and dance, as well as film animation with elements of shadow theatre.
On September 22, 2017, the results of this work will be presented in the alternative art space Elias Canetti House in Ruse, Bulgaria. The International Elias Canetti Society and the Genshagen foundation are welcoming you there!
